Topstyler Replacement DVD

Just rec my replacement DVD from the Q and it works! I know many of you had the warped DVD that came with it. Now I know what I was doing wrong with the shell. I watched all of the YouTube videos just in case. Thanks QVC...I was totally surprised you sent a new one out.
