Top Coverage

A friend of mine has been using Top Coverage for years to cover her scalp where the hair has thinned. This product has been discontinued.

If any of you used Top Coverage, what have you found to replace it? She'd really appreciate any recommendations. I told her I'd post this for her as this board is a wealth of information.
