I would keep an eye out for TCB rebates from the Q. The last two I had were 'declined' for no reason and now I have to submit a request to get them back. That just delays getting rebates, if you get them at all.

I have no trouble getting mine from HSN from TCB, even using coupons. I dont shop Q any more so I cant comment on them.

I'm kinda fed up with TCB. They offer big rebate percentages with HSN & QVC but mine are usually declined.  It's a hassle to chase them down and file a claim on each one for reconsideration.

I have never had an issue with TCB from either HSN or QVC.

Re: Top Cashback and Q

I tried TCB years ago and was denied payment on something.  When I went to dispute, the reply was it would take 4 months to research.

I dropped it and never returned.  I just deal with Rakuten.  They're easy to work with.

I use 6 different sites, and go with the best rate at the time of my purchase. As a whole I find them all to be the same, and usually get my credits hassle free from all vendors. but, when there is an issue I always make a claim, as long as I know there is no real reason I was declined.

I stay away from TCB too, always declined. Filing a claim is a waste of time coz it takes months & they decline it again. I have rarely if ever won a claim with them.

I wish there were a site to report them, I think the high percentages are a way to get traffic to their site & then decline. They get revenue, we don't get anything back. This has been going on for a while, pls do not use them. I have stopped.

Re: Top Cashback and Q

Whenever TCB declines my rebate, it's not actually TCB declining it but it's the retailer declining it. I don't understand why it happens but that's how it works.

This is what my last Q rebate said when it was declined:

"QVC Cashback has been declined by the retailer"

@SilleeMee  - I was more turned off by the response that it would take 4 months for them to research.  I can see 30 days, but 4 months was unreasonable.
