Today 5/28  has 12% back from the Q, good if you plan on buying beauty items from the charity event tonight.

I've found that TopCashback has way better % than Rakuten lately.  I used to almost exclusively use Rakuten(Ebates), but over the last few month, almost always use TopCashback instead.

Before I make a purchase anywhere I always check the rebate rates on several sites. Right now Top Cashback is the only place giving a rebate from ebay. I use Mr Rebates, Rakuten, Be Frugal, Extrabux, Retail Me Not and Top Cashback.
