Oh also, my dentist said you can just brush your teeth with water only... Tooth Paste does nothing really except make the comsumer by some.

The ingredients used for whitening causes an irritation.

@sidsmom  I still keep that recipe made up for teeth cleaning that you shared.  I use it a few times a week.  It really does give your teeth that good clean feeling.  The taste leaves a little to be desired though .

I've been using a special high fluoride prescription toothpaste I get from my dentist.  I have a tendency to get cavaties and it reduces them hugely.  It's a little pricey but saves me a lot of money.

@Kachina624      Yes. I also use a prescription high fluoride TP once a day.... has much higher fluoride than the over the counter TP on the market.

@SeaMaiden A hygenist told me that exact same thing.  Of course I paid no attention to it, told her I wouldn't and we had a good laugh.  She said "Me either!" LOL!!!

AP24 whitening toothpaste. It has fluoride also but really works. All you do is brush your teeth just like you normally do and it whitens them. So easy to use and the results are great.
