Too Faced Hangover 3in1 Spray

Whew, try searching for THAT on QVC lol.  So, since I didn't find anything related to this makeup product, I'm wondering if any of you have used it and what do you think of it.  It is a primer, setting and refreshing spray in one.

Looks like it's sold on HSN.  I never heard of it and curiosity got the best of me.

Ulta, HSN and Sephora sell it with mixed reviews. Some people have said that it left their faces feeling sticky. Some love it keeping their makeup from melting. I think I remember reading some did not like the scent.
