I was looking through the circular I got from Target and I saw Toni & Guy hair products. I'm always on the lookout for my HG styling product. Anyway I saw something that read volume plumping whip, this sounds right up my alley! The only thing is I'm skeptical when something is sold at only one store as this brand says. I wonder if it's that good why wouldn't it be sold at other retailers so more people could discover it. Has anyone heard of this brand or tried it?TIA
