Tips for Applying...

Josie Maran "Beautiful Nudes" eye quad.. I rec'd mine in a kit and I love everything else in the kit so I don't want to return. But, these shadows are not pigmented like, at all.. does anyone have any tips for applying them? I tried them wet but they sortof crumbled.. {#emotions_dlg.mellow} It was surprising that for such a moisture-rich line of cosmetics this item is such a strange, dry texture that doesn't apply well.. I actually read on the "S" beauty store website that some girls were saying the beautiful blues and purples applied better and were more pigmented- strange huh?
