Tinted Moisturizer

I just received the Philosophy Hope in a tinted moisturizer. Yesterday was my first day to use it. So far I like it. I have never used a tinted moisturizer. I was wondering if still use a primer with it. If so when do you put it on? Do you put it on before or after? I like the Mally primer and just ordered the big jar of it. Thank you for your help!
