@JudyL They had one before Christmas according to their FB page. Interestingly, I was looking at the few Reviews for their products on there. There were some bad reviews re Customer Service. One back in 2021, they recommended their Amazon Re-seller, ReCommerce. I'm not finding that, but I bought my last bottle on Amazon from the Timeless Skincare Store and everything on that page indicates it's their store. So, I sent a PM and asked. We'll see if they answer.

Prices are the same, but I could at least not have to pay shipping since their website you have to spend $75 for free shipping.

I just bought a couple of shades for my custom hair color mixture and the place I get it (Goldwell) looks like they have eliminated the free shipping altogether. May be a sign of the times.

@Icegoddess - let me know what they say about their store on Amazon. I would imagine it's legit or they would have shut it down by now.

I still use it. I buy the CoQ10 on Amazon. I've purchased it 3 times and the Matrixyl once.

No they AREN'T cruelty free. Their 2 eye creams both contain emu oil.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. When shopping on Amazon, please make sure that the "Sold by" section says Pattern Products to ensure that you are purchasing from our Exclusive Amazon partner. Any other resellers, even Amazon, are not authorized.

It took me awhile to find that. It's way down in the matrix where they compare it to similar products. It does appear to be the same as the Timeless Store since the one I looked at that had Pattern Products in that block also had Visit the Timeless Store underneath the title, and I'm only finding the one listing for the Synthe '6. But, I wasn't going to argue with them. Left hand, right hand thing.

It was me...Timeless said to return the product I bought, that Amazon is NOT an authorized seller for them. I bought the Matrixyl 6, and had a question, so thats how I found out. I don't use any Timeless anymore, I just didn't think it did much, if anything at all. I found better.

@DazlinAmazon is not, but Pattern Products on Amazon is. Glad you found something that works for you.
