If I haven't had it too long, I'm going to return it to Bloomingdale's. It's more the formula than it is the colors 🫤

Is there fall out from the shadows, not long lasting, or a different consistency than what you expected? I'm not sure what you mean by formula.

That's too bad because Givenchy is a high end product and should be better.

No fallout at all. I've had it on since around 3 and it still looks fine (not perfect, but fine). I would say a different consistency/formula and it took me more time and effort to get enough on. NOT what I expected. But no fall out, NONE.

I guess they do now.

I purchased a 9 pan Givenchy eye shadow palette. It is not acceptable. Color payoff is minimal. Color on the eye is not represented by the color in the palette. Of course I had no way of knowing this before I used the product. I've tried it twice. Very disappointed. May I please return it?
