Hands down --Artis Oval 7!!!!

So sorry---I did not realize the font size was so large!

@espree,

Can you tell me how big the head is on this Artis 7 brush is? Is it like 2 inches long?

Re: Those Foundation Tooth brushes

I tried both the Artis brushes and the Cailyn Wow brush.  IMO, the Wow brush is just as good for foundation application as the Artis brushes.  IMO, the quality of Artis brushes is not better, hence I cannot justify their cost.  JMO, of course.

I don't have the Artis 7 in front of me as I am away from home but it is no larger than 2". Also, I, too tried the WoW brush and there is NO COMPARISON!

Re: Those Foundation Tooth brushes

My only concern with these kind of brushes is cleaning them. Since the bristles are so dense, this can make getting them deep-down clean might be a problem for me. It's gross if you think about it.

Re: Those Foundation Tooth brushes

I've had a full set of Artis and it really has made a difference in my daily routine, and yes, the finish is superb. I use the oval 8 for foundation (liquid and powder) but when I travel I only take the oval 6 and use it for foundation, blush, and large sweeps of eyeshadow. Personally I find that the artis cleaning fluid isn't the greatest when using creams or liquid - I use a bit of makeup remover in my palm irk in into the brush and then dip the water (not up to where the bristles meet the brush handle) and dry brush down over the sink. Only the oval 8and 10 don't dry overnight. But they're good the next day. I also tried some of the cheapie dupes (o wow and some no names on eBay) and didn't like them as much as the artis. The artis fibers really seem to both pick up more product and release it, and are not scratchy against my face. If you go artis, you don't need a full set, I'd start with the 6 since it's so versatile.
