Great analogy! My grocery was totally renovated about a year ago. It turned out well, but I'm still lost when it comes to the items I don't buy weekly. At first they had alphabetized printouts posted, with the new locations, but those went away after a while. I've made it through the past week here by trial and error, and hints from other posters. I sure could have used a few printouts!

Yes but after a few visits it becomes the norm. You don't stay "lost" forever.

Worse, it's like when you go to the grocery store, and nothing is where it belongs, and your favorite things are gone, and when you ask why they don't carry something that you used to buy all the time, they tell you that "our customers don't want that". Actually happened to me. My response, well, golly, thanks for telling me I'm not your customer!
