There is a salt substitute called NO Salt salt that my mom uses and she likes it..Its potassium..Think most stores carry this including Amazon..Take good care!

Thank you. I have the blooming bouquet perfume and tomorrow the silver Essentials 9 pan palette will be here. The only thing I could really use was the lipstick case. I would love to have that but even though the lipsticks and the lip glosses appear the same, this case only fits the lipstick.
