You apply on the lid?sue - I started them together because they came in a kit with the Eye De-Crinkler (although I have to mention that this last item did absolutely nothing for me). The Eye Balm, in particular, feels wonderful on your skin and absolutely softens my crow's feet and fine lines.
Another bonus - I use whatever is left of the Balm (on my finger) to "pre-coat" my lips before applying my lip balm. It's amazing stuff!

I have about 3-4 eye masks in my stash, mostly because they were included in previous kits. However, I rarely use it because I'm (fortunately) not very puffy. It does feel nice and refreshing after a night of poor sleep, though.

I apply it all over and around my eyes - lids, under-eyes, crow's feet, all the way back to my temples. I use it everywhere with absolutely no irritation. (I only do this at night, of course.)

I did hear him tell a caller tonight to use the stem rejen around the eyes for the hooding and then the balm on top all the way around for the crinkles. I had only been using the balm on the outer edge on the crows feet. But I will try it like this since it sounds like that could be even more beneficial.

Yes, I think you'll be pleased with the results!
