The truth about WEN

I recently tried WEN again and I am very happy with the way it makes me hair. Now I am reading all these posts on this forum about how WEN causes hair loss - this scares me very much since my hair is not at thick as I would like anyway - I notice the posters who post about hair loss have only posted a couple of times in the past.

Do you think these posters are "plants" trying to ruin WEN or do you think they are telling the truth?
