The little beads are gone in my philosophy microdelivery wash....

Has anyone had this problem with theirs? I've had mine for a while, but the little beads shouldn't just dissolve like that. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm wondering if it still works because the little beads were like the exfoliating part. At least that's what I thought. Please let me know if you have any information about that. Thanks!
