Cute photo. I can relate too. Eye makeup really makes a difference for me. I don't wear anything super dark or heavy, but a bit of liner and mascara on top lid and lashes really helps. Neutral eye shadow and filling in my brows helps too.

Very cute.  If I don't have alot of time, I at least do brow, mascara, and lip.  It makes a difference.
