@fitfuninformed @AvalonRose  Add me to the list of those who think Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara is horrible.  It is one of the most clumpy when applied, flaking mascaras I've ever used and I've tried more than a fair share of mascaras in my life.  Benefit's Bad Gal is ok, and (imo) a better mascara than their They're Real. 

I've not tried the Katy Perry, and won't because every Cover Girl mascara I've ever sampled missed the mark.  Lancome remains my mascara staple and I like all of their formulas.  There's a L'Oreal mascara called Unlimited Lash Lifting and Lengthening Washable Mascara (it comes in a tube which resembles Lancome's Grandiose).  That one goes on very evenly and gives a suitable look of "lift and length" with a couple of coats and would be my drug store pick.
