The Product or the Packaging?

I just read a post where someone said they haven't bought the products because of the cheap packaging - or something close to that. Anyway, I buy a product for the product, not the packaging, even tho, if it's in a pretty color jar, it helps! Anyway, it got me to thinking -- do you buy a product, or set of products, for the attractive packaging? Are you drawn to certain brands because of the jars/bottles, or does that matter?

Just curious.... Do you buy for the product or the packaging?
