The Gray Haired Wen Model . . . on Now

I have to shake my head. A caller said she has gray hair and was extolling the virtues of Wen. Chaz quickly ushered over his gray-haired model.

First of all, this model clearly was prematurely gray. I don't think she was a day over 40-something. Gee, that's helpful. {#emotions_dlg.blink}

Secondly, I thought her hair looked like a hot mess -- dull, dull, dull. . . . flat on top and bushy on the ends.

I'm not convinced at all. {#emotions_dlg.glare}
