I wanted to add that they are on facebook and will show a picture of a bunch of prducts and it usually says "comment or like to enter".  I usually sign up for them when I see them.

Before you write this off as a scam do some investigating.

 

I enter contests (not that I win) and read the fine print rules.  Each one says you will be contacted by phone or email and will be sent papers to fill out and return along with a W9.  The only contests I enter are from names I know on their websites.  There are too many phony look alikes on Facebook.
