Hi all,
I'm new to the world of teeth whitening so I need some suggestions. I do have sensitive teeth and gums, but have gotten this under control by using sensodyne pro-namel(expensive, but worth every penny)
My teeth are not super yellow, just lightly stained on my canines, and I'd like a whiter, brighter smile. My dentist recommended store bought white strips, and really didn't think I needed whitening. However, I would LIKE whiter teeth.
Over the years I've seen many whitening products sold here on the Q. Go Smile, etc. I have no idea which is best, or what really works.
Which have you tried, and had most success with? (I did pick up a pack of CVS brand whitening strips, and only used for a few days.) I didn't have sensitivity, but I really didn't like the taste or wearing them for 45 minutes. Just couldn't seem to find the time. I'm wondering if a whitening pen would work as well as the strips and perhaps be more convenient too.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any and all of your recommendations.
