Tea Tree Question

Posting from an ipad so sorry about the spacing. I do not use Wen exclusively. I often use it as a conditioner after using normal shampoo. I also use remoist, oils, replenishing mist and some other products. I do think it has improved my hair. I never got the hang of just Wen as my hair is too greasy. Now middle age and see some thinning of my hair in the front. Will tea tree help with that? I watched the 11pm EST show last night and Lisa and Chaz seemed to imply that Tea Tree made hair grow ... Without making any claims. I thought I would ask the experts on this board. Thanks for your help.
