@Quinny   Covergirl now has shadow sticks and Milani has some great neutral Nude palettes. Both at drugstore prices. 

***Also checkout Bobbi Brown Shadow Stick in Goldstone. It's a shimmering brown gold. Taupe w/ some gold shimmer. Still go with purchasing a palette. Some of these sticks and individual shadows are $30. For another $10-$15, you can have many shades to try and blend.

The two palettes that I have are: 

Cool Nudes

Eye Pallet (that's what it's called) It has ivory, stones, graphite

I find that these go on sheer so you can build the color as you prefer. 

For extra effect  I like to use a dark green eye liner depending on what color I have on the lid.
