Tarte the lip sculptor packaging

Hello, i just received my Tarte Lip Sculptor lipsticks , one was in a box and the other without, did anyone else receive theres like this.  i wonder if its safe for me to still use it looks ok except for a tiny bubble on the one that was unpackaged.

@LaGlamourGirl  It seems suspect to me. Especially now, I wouldn't acccept/use products not in sealed packaging.
