Tarte made in China?

Hey y'all--I returned a bronzer last year (Park Ave Princess) b/c it was marked clear as day "Made in China" and I was grossed out. Maureen talks so much about 'being green' and being free from phalates, parabens,etc., but if it's still made in China--missing the point, no?

I really wanted to buy the One Time Only, seems like a fun, good deal, but I don't want any cr*p from China going on to my skin & into our pores! Yikes! Come on, tarte!!

Has this changed? Maybe I'm wrong--is she out of Chinese manufacturing? Anybody know? Thanks all!!
