Another example of fair skin with very dark hair is Katie Perry. She is a natural blond but I think she looks nice with black hair...it sets off her beautiful blue eyes and pale skin.

I can say the same for Meghan Ory, but she has naturally dark hair and green eyes.

The Tarte rep is one beautiful petite woman IMO, beautiful porcelain skin all over.I think she may color her hair though, it is a stark contrast against her skin. I love the way she dresses for the shows, wonder where she gets her clothes.

I think she looks beautiful. I love her creamy skin against her dark hair. IMO she would look ridiculous with bronzer to try and darken her skin. And there is no reason for it. Not sure what the issue is with fair skin and dark hair.
