Tarte TSV- Is the foundation really new?

Hi!

I am really interested in the Tarte TSV, but I want to know what is the difference between the foundation in the TSV kit and the Tarte Amazonian Clay Infused Liquid Foundation with Brush (item #A201262)? I haven't tried either, but I would like to know if the TSV is a different formula or consistency, different ingredients or is intended for a specific face type etc...
