Tarte Full Cvg Foundation

So I caved on this because I'm a curious cat and I wore it for the first time today. I will say, it didn't look as bad as I thought it would after hearing reviews about it being masky looking. It's definitely not dewy and I like a dewy look being mid 40's and having dry skin. I prefer Smooth Operator AFA tarte foundations and I'm wondering if the dry nature and "balancing" component of this would be good for the sweltering heat and humidity we get here in the summer. Is anyone else on the fence about this one? I'm almost thinking I could use it as a concealer, it does that pretty well too.I don't even need a concealer with it at all. I like it sheered out with my beauty blender sponge but I'm a bit meh on it.
