Tarte Full Coverage Foundation with Brush

I was able to test the brush at a Sephora store and I like it. A few years ago, I got my makeup done at the Prescriptives counter and the girl finished the foundation with something like this. Very smooth airbrush effect.

The duo is no longer on the Sephora website. I don't think it was available in the store. I am confused about which formula was preferred. Was it the Sephora version that had more mica and was more shimmery?

I want the duo but I am not sure if I should go with the QVC foundation kit or if I should wait and see if the duo shows up again at Sephora. Do you think the duo will go back online at Sephora?
