I received a package today and opened it up to check it out before wrapping it for a gift and I noticed that the shadow appears to be a loose gritty powdery form with some large pieces, I'm thinking it is damaged and broken unless this is some strange new way of putting on Chrome like eyeshadow. Wondering if anybody else noticed this with their package delivery
