Tarte Eyeshadows?

Anyone use them? There was an item on earlier (A214569) that had 16 eyeshadows (full size), and a face primer, an eye primer, a mascara, and a lipgloss (small sizes, I think) for $39. Their other shadow palettes are usually $44 for 10, so this is a good deal. It comes in a cute box. The item isn't online though, and you have to order it over the phone. So I can't see any pictures of it now, and I've never used Tarte eye shadows. Opinions?
