Has anyone ever been able to get in touch with Tarte Cosmetics customer service? I find their customer service to be severely lacking. No answers to e mails and if you try to call the mail box is always full and not taking any messages. I had an issue with their eye lash curler that I ordered on line from Sephora. The front plastic end cap was not fastened securely so when I went to use it (first time) it slid off the curler went flying and hit me right in the eye! Luckily no injuries but I wanted to report this problem. I love their stuff but can not tolerate the lack of customer service that seems to be so prevelant today. Oh well thanks for letting me vent!!
