Leah is showing a set...says imported, is this made in China?  Does anyone know.  I've read and can't seem to find it.  TIA

@AvalonRose  I Googled it and it said that it's made in the U.S.A., plus Tarte is cruelty free. I stopped purchasing makeup made in China a while ago. Stopped purchasing It Cosmetics when they started being manufactured in China.

@Mimi 1883

Thank you.  I also googled it.  Not sure why I didn't do that in the first place.  I was concerned because one of the lipsticks in the kit said imported.  I will not purchase any makeup from China ever again.  Once again, thank you for looking it up for me and posting.

@AvalonRose  You are so welcome! That is very interesting though about the lipstick saying that it's "imported." 🤔 Definitely makes you wonder! If a company says imported, I wish they would state from where.

Tarte is NOT actually cruelty free. Tarte is owned by Kose, which tests on animals. (If you buy something from Tarte, your money is going to a company that tests on animals.) I was really sad when Tarte sold; I used to love it.

I really do not know if Tarte is cruelty free.  On another subject about Tarte, they have the worse foundation shades.  I purchased a BB treatment in the white tube.  The color in the tube was a light orange and also on the skin.  Who do you know that has a light complexion that is orange?  No one.

I have been looking for a new foundation since I quit using IT's cc cream (too yellow even the fair shade).  I tried the Tarte foundcealer and I absolutely love it. I finally found a cool toned color for my fair skin.  Seems like companies think everyone is warm toned. It is so hard to find a cool toned foundation for fair skin.  I had been using the IT cc cream for years in fair before I realized it was for warm toned skin.  They never said that on QVC when I originally started buying it. I assumed, like many probably, that fair would be cool toned.

I find that products used for TSV kits, etc are made in China. That's how they can sell the kit for such a great price.
