Tarte Carried Away

This set looks amazing and the value is even better, there are some great colors, I swatched some of the dhadows ( w sponge applicator) and it all appears great. I wanted to ask those of you who have it tho... Is everything good quality? The last shadows Inourchased from Tarte ( stripes in a box -TSV), creased on me and the gloss didnt have much color pay off. I would like some honest reviews. TIA. Btw, Sephora reviews-tons of great ones but some said hard to blend shadows, others said not much color pay off...
