Tanning beds are still a thriving business here in WV.  The small shop where I get my pedicures has a tanning bed that is always in use.   

 

My fair skin does not tan, period.   I avoid the sun as much as possible, have had 17 pre or early stage squamous skin cancers removed in the last few years, and would never use a tanning bed.
