Why is it so hard for makeup companies to make foundations or facial products in the right color for tanned skin? I am between medium in winter and pretty tan in summer. Most when I try them are either too orange, muddy or look like I applied dirt to my face. Medium for me is mostly too light. When BE first came out, I used med. then when Leslie started making a few more foundations, and I talked with her we came up w/med and deep which was #3 and 5 and mix together to get close to my natural shade. Then halo came out and thats ok. I tried Philos. last week in the tinted mositurizer and well the tan was so yellow orange that the SA even said wow I never thought tan looked like that. Looking at the tsv from tarte looks like I won't be ordering. Just venting that I can't really find any type of coverage for my skin color. I do use bb in aruba, barbados and also like mally's shimmer, shape & glow in deep but only for contour not all over face. Kudos to YSL in honey, first color to actually match closely my skintone. Thanks for listening, it is just frustrating. take care tawny
