I am are user (and love) Tacha products and as most will agree their packaging is a very nice quality with attention to detail.

Every time I finish a jar of rice enzyme scrub it pains me to throw out the empty container.

I wish you could buy just a refill and continue to use the container. It seems like such a waste.  Since it is a powder it would be a snap to refill.

Is it just me who thinks like this or do people not like to re-use containers and would prefer new?

L'Occitane has a refillable body wash & I love it as it's easily refillable & does save on cost & less in the recycle bin.

So I'd give another product a try, tho agreeing w/you that the product must be easily refillable.

i would think the packaging costs to the manufacturer would be less making it advantageous to them too.

Not just you Smiley Happy ...when you have a nice and good quality jar, esp. a heavier and milky white jar like hers you just don't want to throw it out. I keep several jars and bottles (not huge ones) but containers to place products in (love glass ones) and I boil them to sterilize it and add my face lotions, creams or whatever and bring to our place down the shore so one at home on at the shore! It would be nice if these companies had refills...not that common though and you would think more would be doing this now with us recycling and many being Green!

So alone you are not.

@Abrowneyegirl You have made an excellent suggestion.  You might consider posting it on the Tatcha Facebook page or writing directy the company directly.
