I can understand the need (want?) to present a TSV several times during the day. I see absolutely zero reason for ANY presentation to be longer than 15 minutes at most. If a presentation requires a longer period of time, refer customers to the website. These over-long presentation are a real turn-off.

For crying out loud, it's a SHOPPING CHANNEL and they'll present whatever sells well, as well as product they're trying move. I can appreciate you want a variety of products shown, but that's not how it works.
If you want real entertainment, you're going to have to turn to another channel. There are plenty to choose from.

The annoying thing about that TSV is that it is a noisy hairdryer. And two presenters trying to talk on top of each other OVER the hairdryer noise. So you have hours of noise pollution as they demonstrate how it works. It was giving me a headache so I turned the channel until better products came on.

Wow......unwarranted and exaggerated response. We KNOW it is a shopping channel, and want to shop for beauty items....... not watch a 30 minutte infomercial on one product. Our time is precious, and we have the right to express that we would like QVC to respect that.

ALL the shopping channels are a version of an infomercial. A little more variety of products. They set the tone of what they will be selling for the day with a TSV. If I see or know about that TSV and am not interested in that category, I don't bother tuning in at all for that day. It's really no big deal to me personally how much time they spend on a product. I think these channels are set up more for people like me who flip by the channel rather than those who like to watch for the entertainment value, which I could never consider doing. I would be so bored.

Turn the channel. It is impossible that everything shown is something of interest to all. QVC does what makes them money. It must work for them.
I have 7 shopping channels quickly available on my TV. Sometimes none of them have anything of interest. I turn the channel.
