TT Gallon Review

What does everyone think of the latest review of the TT Gallon stating it is not the same product as the smaller bottles, and made her hair feel like straw and tangled rally badly. Has this happened with anyone else? Makes me leery because I just ordered a gallon of it. **confused face**
