TSV and backorders

[ Edited ]
I really hope someone from Qvc reads this form. I have now my fifth auto delivery going on backorder. I have the Beekman RX from the last TSV that they had and it when I’m back order and I’m waiting in customer service can’t tell me anything more than it’s on back order . Everytime something goes on back order it usually ends up canceled. Anyone else having this problem?

Have patience, QVC is busy ordering merchandise that is paid for, so no dead stock sitting in their warehouses.

We all have to give them a break and let them get back on their feet while they reorganize.

Probably their ordering process is temporarily halted/changed during this time.

It is not a good sign when they are not able to fulfill an order and are silent on the reason.  Losing our trust.  Which in turn will lead to less sales.

No @Bellini13 , hasn't been an issue for me. I have several and as of yet, nothing has been delayed or cancelled.

I do believe customer service cannot explain some backorders direct from the vendors. Most AD comes directly from the company so I don't believe they could truly give you any answers and I wouldn't expect them to know the ins and outs from every business.

Like mentioned, be patient. Most items can be purchased elsewhere anyway. The positive is you can cancel the backorders if you wish to buy it from another business.

I believe that vendors want assurances that they will be paid for any merchandise shipped out.

Considering all current fiscal circumstances,  I imagine that there are no assurances of I payment being offered.

My observation only, of course, but that's what it looks like to me: reluctance to supply products for a company in fiscal distress.

@Bellini13

Yes have had that problem. If the identical item is still available contact customer service and they may be able to adjust the price and process the order.

@Bellini13 Is that the RX serum + cream TSV that you have on A/D?

Not sure if the OP means that 5 A/D's of the Beekman RX TSV were backordered? Or 5 different products/orders? All recent???

Regarding the Beekman RX TSV that has the serum + cream, I also purchased it. It's still an active A/D in my account, but I don't recall if it was just for one year. I think that Q A/D's are not set up to go longer than one year, per my experience with beauty and food items.

The new Beekman TSV for tomorrow is a supersized RX cream bundled with the new RX eye cream. I wonder if the previous RX TSV is being phased out because of the new TSV. There is also a new duo of the RX serum. I need to look at the $numbers; it could be that the new items are replacing the previous TSV and are better values than the previous TSV.

@Bellini13 I gave up on my auto-deliveries and cancelled them all.
