The Prai TSV is $89.00? For neck treatments that are iffy? I've yet to find or look for a neck cream or treatment that does anything but add extra moisture.

Using whatever you apply to your face and bring down to neck and chest is ample to moisturize and treat any texture on the neck.

@Shanus  I get her neck cream from HSN for A LOT less.  It may be a different formula,  but it's by far the best neck cream that I've ever used and a product that actually made a difference.  I SAW a change,  whereas most products I do not and use just as a preventative.   The regular Prai neck cream on HSN is fabulous, and it's ONE STEP!

@nyc1   Does it tighten and lift?

Thanks, @Shanus . I'll be first to admit that I don't do research on beauty products and what may or may not work. I have used Prai neck cream for over a year and it really seems that it works for my skin. I'm in my 70s so I don't know if anything will really work at this point so am always hesitant to believe in anything that I've not seen the science behind it working.

The vendor this morning said it was absolutely necessary to use eye creams and neck creams that focus on those two areas since the skin is so different, along with serums. Makes sense but I need assurances. Not too long ago, I read somewhere that different creams were not necessary along with serums. This whole beauty thing makes my head swim!

I'm not nyc1 but am putting in my 2 cents. I feel that it tightens a bit, I don't think there's anything in a jar that would lift my excess skin.

@Carolina925   I do use an eye cream becuase it does help hydrate and makes the skin around the eye "appear" smoother. A neck cream will do the sam thing, but a face mosturizer does the same theing IMO.

If neck creams worked, plastic surgeons would close their doors.

@Shanus  It definitely tightened my neck and the appearance is MUCH smoother.  It was not a short term correction either.   My neck looks better now since I use Prai,  than it did several years ago when I first started.

When we visited my sister in NY last year and got together with several friends,  one of them even commented on how good my neck looked!!!!  It's not that my neck was horrible before,  but she knows my age,  and made a comment about my neck and skin.  I just use good products and take very good care of my skin,  like I know you do as well.

I don't see how any neck cream, regardless of price, can work with everyone's head bent looking at their phone all day.  Waste of money unless maybe you don't own a cell phone or work on a computer.

@nyc1 I am unfamiliar with Prai neck creams.  I mean, I've heard of them but that's about it.  Which Prai neck cream do you get (assuming there are more than one--I haven't looked), and what is a good price?

There are different levels of "WORK"!!!!    @Shanus I found the Prai neck cream that I buy on HSN works well.  I don't expect miracles and I don't expect it to look like I had work done.  My expectations are very realistic and when I'm surprised if I can actually see something change,  as I have,  then I'm beyond delighted.
