Eye patches are good for immediate-ish results whereas eye creams give long term effects. They can both have a place in a routine if you choose to do so.

There are lots of affordable eye patches on Amazon that work really well. Way to expensive.

@Still Raining It's not an adhesive. It's a very thin layer of some sort of gel like plastic that is infused with a serum and the moisture holds it onto the under eye area. When you take it off it just lifts right off the under eye and your skin is very moist under it.
I have used other eye patches before and never had a problem wearing & removing them.

@Desertdi - this looks interesting. I may have to try this after I'm done with my Elemis eye cream. Still have 2-1/2 tubes to go but always good to know about other options.
@JudyL This is NOT for "overnight" results....takes at least 30 days.

But what is the difference between using his retionol serum under the eye( which I do every night) and this? This just adds an extra step. And I already have a lot of steps!!!

@Desertdi - thanks for letting me know re the results. I've learned to not expect results for 30 to 60 sometimes 90 days. After all these years, I'm finally getting that through my head. LOL

I believe the patches contain hyaluronic acid. The serum has none.

Odd that this cream contains Tranexamic Acid. I just saw an eposide of Dr Pimple Popper and she prescribed this in RX strength for a patient with severe melasma. I would think this is being used now instead of Hydroquinone. I didnt realize this could be gotten OTC.

There is no adhesive. They just sit on the skin.

For me personally, I think it as more of a self are thing. I don't use them every day. I put them on and do a face mask, glass of wine and relax for awhile.
