TSV 12-18-15 Emjoi

[ Edited ]

I am pretty sure this is the 3rd time this product has been a TSV this year.  I know, because I bought one the very first time this model was offered (it was more expensive at that time), and remember the second time they presented it.  A little variation in selections would be appreciated.  What do you other posters think?

And there will be -- as soon as people stop buying what's offered.  Lots of shoppers are like me -  we need to see something like this over and over before we finally buy.

@millieshops is right. I watched the other Emjoi presentations. Didn't buy one this year. Until this morning.

QVC is in a rut of repeating TSVs over and over again.  In the past, it was rare that a TSV was repeated because it was considered "special."  Now, there isn't much special about any TSV and they are often duplicated.  If one needs to see a product presented several times, they can watch several presentations of the TSV the day it's presented. Goodness knows it will be shown for hours on end.

Also, most TSVs are re-aired, at the slightly higher price, after it's a TSV so there is no need to make it a TSV again so people can keep watching.  I mean you either want the thing or you don't.  At this point I suspect many are buying because it's being shown so much, they are getting talked into a product they really don't need and may not use.

I believe tomorrow is yet another DSLR camera.  They just recently had one of those as a TSV.

So why can we give competitor's pricing information but not coupon codes for competitors. Coupon codes are a no-no on this forum?

Not so special price, I got the rechargeable one for almost the same price. This would have been a good TSV if it was at least $10-15 less.

@LipstickdivaThe repeated presentations don't do anything for me.  I caught midnight and then I wouldn't see any of the repeats and even if I did, I'm one of those unlikely to buy the product the very first day it's presented.  That's just the way I shop.  It's probably overthinking, but I end up with almost no returns and I often realize I can totally live without what's being touted whether I paid QVC's price or Amazon's.

It's saving the whole enchilada without ruining my life that's let me buy things I really want.  Further, I know that the TSV's are just a bit more after the TSV day, but I also am here often enough seeing people cry about paying an extra $3 for return postage on a piece of clothing - same argument --if $3 is hardly any money, why all the whiners?

I'm happy to buy from QVC when I do - I don't want the whole world to be Amazon and Walmart.

You cannot give coupon codes on this forum at all.
