So I got the travel kit in POM. I had tried POM a couple of years ago, along with a few other core formulas and gave up on WEN. My hair was horrible. Then last May I decided to try again, this time with the kid's apple. I also decided to not let myself return it if I didn't get amazing hair right away! I committed to giving it the "full bottle" try. My hair still is not amazing, but better than it was, so I am still experimenting, this time with the Seasonals. I like most of the ones I've tried, still not amazing, but still better. Back to the POM. I know a lot of you love it, but I still don't think it is performing as good as the Seasonals. Just interesting to me, since it is very similar to the Seasonals, isn't it? The travel kit has also allowed me to try a variety of the styling products, none of which seem to be great for me! Maybe I'm just a hard case! The main reason I am still committed to WEN is that I don't seem to be losing as much hair as I have before. That's definitely a good thing! Still waiting for the amazing hair, but truth is I may have to wait for Heaven for that! And then it won't be a big thing anymore. Have a blessed Christmas!

I tried the bamboo green tea today, it did not act like the POM for me...I make sure I use a seasonal for my 2nd cleanse, and I use almost a full pump as a leave in with the 613 SC mixed in...I have the SAM to still try, but I can tell a difference so far with core cc's..I lose almost no hair, I love that part also!....I don't think I have WEN hair, but for me my hair is for sure the best it's ever been.......yes Heaven hair will be the best!

I see now that some of you are saying use the seasonals for 2nd cleanse. Is that strategically because the 2 work together for different purposes? Or maybe just skip the cores altogether? I'm sorry if that is a dumb question.

Not a dumb question at all! I like to use seasonals after a core just because I love the way they smell and they make my hair nice and soft. It's all personal preference. I personally only do one cleanse with a fifty fifty mix of a core and a seasonal. All depends what works for you! I love the cores though I do feel like they give different benefits than the seasonals.

Maybe a fifty-fifty mix would be good to try. Thank you for the suggestion. It really is trial and error, it seems. Everyone's hair is unique to them, so we have to find our own best plan. I flew to my kids house for Christmas and only brought the POM travel kit, so I'm stuck with that exclusively for 3 weeks, but I wish I had a seasonal with me. I also wonder if the different weather here is figuring into my frustration. Oh, well, I will keep trying different combinations of the styling products that came with the kit.
