Saw item A228842 on air other night, and since my mom LOVES Tova eau de parfum, thought I'd get this for Christmas for her. But I went online and got confused with reviews which describe it as "almost" like the "much loved original", and some didn't like it??

I know all the history, how they apparently changed it then came back with the "original" or close to it etc...

But is this LTD addition something different? Or perhaps only marketing to get rid of some inventory at Christmas? Or is this the GOOD STUFF?? If not, is there another Tova "original formula" option you'd recommend as a gift?

Mom does have a new bottle (the tall, thin, sqaure one) that she loves and considers like the original....I had just thought this is something special (I guess I bought the Christmas hype), but other than the bottle, maybe that's all?

so: 1) Is this THE Tova everyone loves?

2) Is there anything different or special beyond the packaging with this as opposed to the usual tall spray eau de parfum?
