Have you checked the prices of Chantecaille, La Mer, La Prairie?  I have and they're much more spendier than high end.  I'd have to ASSume they use nicer/more expensive ingredients.  I base that on my experience with drugstore makeup vs highend makeup.  There IS a difference between those two price points.

Absolutely love Michele and she is a luxury beauty YouTuber. I don't buy any beauty of Qvc after watching her lol.

I'm not in her tax bracket so 90% of what she shows on her channel, I can't buy  but I do enjoy watching and learning from her.  

 

I believe there are more than two categories of beauty products just as there are more than two categories/tiers of clothing, restaurants, cars, furniture, homes, etc.  It's not just Yugos and Cadillacs on the road.
