@Shanus  It sounds like you were successful but I bet it was busy because it is the sneak preview for card holders for the Anniv. sale. Oh, the Amethyst is also a very good color in the sticks.

@Katcat1....and card holders rec’d 10 extra pts. per dollar (?) because the site crashed when everyone tried to purchase at once. Amethyst just added to list. 🌸

The only thing I bought this week was some pure squalane oil from Timeless. I was just curious about the oil and I had read many good things about it. So I gave it a try and it's such a lightweight oil that I don't feel or see any difference. I'll probably end up using the rest of it as a makeup remover for around my eyes.

Hi, @SilleeMee!!

I have The Ordinary's squalane, and I use it like a serum.  I like the fact that it sinks in.  I always put a lotion or cream over it.

Oh that's a good idea...never thought to put moisturizer over it...duh...lol!Woman LOL Thanks for that tip @mistriTsquirrel. BTW, that shadow palette is beautiful!

@SilleeMee @mistriTsquirrel. Lazy me. To save a step, I mix a drop of oil in the palm of my hand with my a dollop of moisturizer. If really lazy, I add a large “squirt” (a professional term/measurement) of my sunscreen), swirl to mix w/ my finger, rub between my hands and apply all three at once. The oil still dries down and helps distributes the other skincare smoothly.

@Shanus,

Thanks for that very professional tipWoman WinkWoman Very Happy  I don't ever dilute my sunscreen. I need all the protection I can get, especially where I live at high elevation. But I like that idea of mixing oil with moisturizers...that works for me, too.Woman Happy

@SilleeMee  You know how important my spf is to me! Adding a little oil or moisturizer doesn’t dilute it, in fact it helps me apply it more evenly....getting it down my neck and chest. I use the same amount. In summer, I change to Neutrogena Dry Touch spf 100 which is thick...especially the amount I use is difficult to get even coverage.
