Hi Beauties.  I hope you have been out shopping although where I live you would think it is winter!  More snow tonight!  Help!!!!! I purchased the following:

Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color in shade Angel.  Purchased during F&F event.

Laura Geller Italian Marblized lipstick in Berry Vanilla.

When it comes to lipstick, I am a sucker for a new color.  Love lipstick.

I bought the new "Rootie" by Voloom. This thing is a heated hair device that you place at your roots and it sort of crimps that part of the hair so it gives lift and volume. Makes my hair look full and now I have a bump on my crown without having to tease it. It's fantastic.

I bought a Target Beauty Box.  When I went to my local Target this week, they have all four of them in stock!! I got the Be You box.  It has 8 products. (nail color, hydration crem, lip tint, miceller pads, shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, and a beauty gymmy). Hey, less then $1 per prodcut, why not?

@Daysdee  I can give you the Bobbi Brown description but I don't have the Laura Geller yet.

Crushed Lip Color -- Angel -- It's a light coral pink and on my lips looks like a medium shade, dull coral w/pink (more coral but it's not vibrant but gives the coral color but the pink tones it down). It's pretty and different because most of my lipsticks are pinks and berries and my all time favorite Healthy Lips by Laura Mercier which is a non vibrant red.   I hope that helps.  Next week I will give you the Banana Vanilla.

I bought a Covergirl Melting Pout Matte liquid lipstick in the color 330 Seismic Implosion a dark orchid shade. It looks lighter in the tube than how it goes on which is too dark so I've added some white mineral liquid sunscreen into it to lighten the shade a bit. I also bought a couple of ELF color change lip tint lipsticks (they turn from clear to pink) and lastly I bought some Billion Dollar Brows retractable brow pencils in the universal and taupe shades.

Smashbox released at Ulta the new Covershot eyeshadow palette Petal Metal + Vlada rose colored shadows & the Petal Metal 24K Gold — metallic rose gold pearl liquid eyeliner. I had Ulta rewards points so that dropped the price a bit. I expect it tomorrow to arrive.

My hair is long, past my shoulders, but it is somewhat thin and lays flat against my scalp. I place the Rootie at my roots and it 'crimps' them so my roots are lifted up off of my scalp, resulting in voluminous-looking hair sort of like what you'd get if you teased your hair without actually teasing it.  I takes just minutes to do, section by section. The best way to see it in action is look at a video on voloom dot com.
